Dr. Bernard Ng Kee Huat
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr Bernard obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the National University of Malaysia and his MBA from the University of Melbourne. He is a medical and clinical affairs leader with global, regional and local experience in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health industry. He is also an angel investor and advises fund management companies. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer, Head of Global Medical & Clinical Affairs for Bayer Consumer Healthcare. He is an active proponent of leveraging digital technologies and data to create disproportionate value for healthcare professionals, patients and consumers. He is a strong believer of the Disruptive Strategy Model conceptualized by Clayton Christensen of Harvard Business School. He also attended IMD, Lausanne for a digital transformation course to better understand the disruptive power of technology in today’s competitive healthcare environment.
Mr Law Ren Kai Kenneth
CHAIRMAN & INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Kenneth Law is the Board and Audit Committee Chair. He is a member of the Remuneration Committee, and the Nominating Committee.
Mr. Law is the Chief Financial Officer of Tembusu Partners and the Chief Financial Officer of Viking Offshore and Marine. Mr. Law began his career in a professional service firm in London before joining a Big 4 accounting firm where he provided assurance services to public listed companies and multinational clients in various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, property development and banking.
He was also involved in corporate exercises in relation to fund raising during his assurance tenure. He subsequently served a stint in an SME company as CFO and was responsible for the corporate affairs and finance of the company.
Mr. Law holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and associate member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Mr Kenny Sim Mong Keang
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Kenny Sim is the Nominating Committee Chair. He is a member of the Remuneration Committee, and the Audit Committee.
Mr. Kenny Sim is the CEO of Serial Achieva Limited, a company listed on SGX Catalistt, a leading distributor of consumer and enterprise information technology products with an extensive reach in Southeast Asia. He is also the Non-Executive Director of Global Invacom Group Limited, a satellite communication company listed on the Mainboard of SGX-ST and USP Group Limited, a company listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST with its core businesses in the distribution of marine engine products, recycling of waste oils, scientific instrumentation/calibration, and property investment and management.
He is the Chairman of Cheng Hong Welfare Services Society, an IPC-registered charity, he has worked tirelessly to introduce new programmes to aid the underprivileged, including Singapore’s first free TCM clinic for children and a gym for seniors.
He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, Western Australia, and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. He was awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) by the President of Singapore in 2020 for his contribution to public services and the Public Service Star (COVID-19) in recognition of his contribution to Singapore’s fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
